It's obvious for everyone that nobody is persecuted in Serbia and has to fear for their lives. 'Not getting a job in state institutions' (because you cannot speak Serbian, the official language) or living close to a military base is surely not a reason for seeing 'asylum'. Ridiculous.

There is not such thing as false asylum claims from Serbia. People only claim asylum if they are being persecuted in their own country. For someone who does not know what Refugee Means there it is:

A refugee is a person who:

● Is outside their country of origin
● Is ‘unable or unwilling’ to get protection from own state
● Has a well-founded fear ….
● of persecution……..
● because of: Race
Religion
Nationality
Political opinion
Membership of a particular social group.
Albanians from the Valley have no rights to education in their mother tongue, have no opportunity to get any jobs into the government institutions, are being badly treated by the police and the government officials on a daily basis. Serbia has build the biggest military base next to the area where Albanian population is just to spread fear and intimidation amongst the Albanian population , University diplomas that Albanians gained from the Republic of Kosova are not recognised by Serbian state etc. If that is not a state persecution or a grant for claiming asylum I do not know what it is? Mr Dacic has no idea what Asylum means and by blaming the victims of his own regime is trying to gain some sympathy from Europe and his own nationalists. If there would be no persecution in Serbia there would be no need for people to claim asylum in Europe and the fact that only non Serbs are claiming asylum tells a lot about the wasy that Serbia treats non Serbs.
