Kosovo talks "nearing agreement" on some issues

No agreement is the best agreement....it's time to reciprocate the friendly neighbor gesture and embargo Serbian exports into our country. We gave them a chance, over three years and look...they keep throwing dirt in our faces when we extend an olive branch.....
