Indeed. There is basis for Gaddafi's indictment because he is accused for killing 500+ Libyans.But there isn't any basis for the indictment of Bush,Blair,Obama,Cameron for the killing of 1 million+ Iraqis and thousands more in Afganistan and Pakistan.These shameless acts of gross hypocrisy are completed by the failure of the International Court to have warrants issued for the real war criminals in the middle east: Israel, and its entire cabinet.

Wow, what about all the crimes the US and NATO have committed? When are we going to see George Bush and Tony Blair on charges? If the West can use collateral damage as an excuse then why not Gaddafi?

Being an opponent of the political ideology of zionism doesn't mean being anti-semitic, neither being anti-Israel.But apologists for Israel's crimes like yourself will always attack others on a personal level in order to distract people from the point of the real tragedy in Palestine. According to your past postings Palestinian refugees are just a figment of the imagination (the whole world knows that Israel occupies 78% of Palestine.That alone shows who is deluded.

Israel’s only chance of future survival is to withdraw from the occupied territories and then try to bolster its legitimacy.

There is no basis for the ICC to indict Gaddafi because as far as I am aware Libya is not a signatory country. Therefore ICC has no jurisdiction.
