Libya to honor UN resolution if airstrikes end

Libya is ready to comply with UN Security Council resolutions if NATO ends its airstrikes and the rebels cease hostilities, Russian FM Sergei Lavrov said.

I am afraid its a bit too late for negotiations because they were never on the agenda in the first place.
Western Interests are only interested in greed and power. They want Gaddafi out not because they want to bring democracy to Libya but because they want full access to exploit the people, markets, land and natural resources of his country.

With regard to ICC's announcement to arrest Gaddafi and his sons for crimes against his people my response will be that I hold no affection for Gaddafi but the International Criminal Court should have Blair, Bush, Cameron, Clegg and Obama in the dock before Gaddafi. They have far more blood on the their hands than Gaddafi.
