Dodik optimistic regarding judiciary reforms

Am pleased to see Catherine Aston aboard. It's clear that the reforms are long overdue. But can also see as a long process ahead. - I have frequently questioned Inzko's role, his ability to make decision without bias and his ultimate powers! Possibly the time has come to make a change.
