Kosovo Minister Goran Bodganović says the government has a platform for Kosovo talks which contained no mention of a division of the southern Serbian province.

Division is against the constitution. Anyway there is nothing to divide. Albanians from the Caucasus expelled the Serb majority from KiM, W.MK & N.Albania in Ottoman times, so they're lucky to keep just N.Albania.
