Well who's going to stop them from returning to their homes then? You forget that this is not 1999 and serbs cannot do whatever they want to. Things are a little different now if you haven't noticed. Even the international community urges everyone (not only serbs)to return. The number of albanians that will return will be larger than that of the Serbian. So northern part won't be exclusively Serbian as you tried to make it. Dont worry, everything has its time ;)

well, if they could have returned en masse, then why have they not yet done so? Are they waiting for a red carpet welcome? Until that happens (IF and WHEN it does as I stated earlier, your wish remains a mere fantasy for now).
This is 2011 but just as it was back in 1999, Pristina was never in charge of N Kosovo -- it was UNMIK and KFOR back then, it is EULEX and KFOR today. Don't kid yourself. The last thing the West wants is an ethnic bloodbath anywhere in Kosovo, especially the north, which would immediately unveil the big lie in front of the entire world about "Kosova" being a multiethnic paradise!
