SOuth province of Serbia ok but why do I get a Stamp of Kosovo when I visit Kosovo. Why I dont see any Serbian MUP with Yugos running up and down?

Then negotiations have moved to How we will solve the North part of Mitrovica and that is a acceptable solution to all.

Serbian Constitution that was cooked and changed without asking Kosovo Albanians if they agree!!! When u ask Serbs about splinting Vojvodina they say come here and u see 70% Serbs. so ok lets do a referendum in Kosovo and see what happens my friend.

Serbia is just not as powerful as people who live in other continents with Serbian origin since just read B92 coments in Serbian and you will see what they say no food, no jobs dont care about Kosovo.

Maybee Belgrade is a fine city but I wouldent go there since I would be afraid to get beaten by hooligans. This is the impression I have from Belgrade. Turist gets beaten up by serbs if they are in the wrong place.

There's a thin line between technical and political dialogue. Many of the 'technical problems' are simple results of pure political decisions, for example the need to discuss about seized number plates or the custom stamps.

I doubt Tahiri is naive enough to believe that there is some fine line between political & technical matters, instead this is a covert admission that Serbia has the upper hand and is strong-arming her side.

Yugoslavia is dead. Nobody cares what Belgrade wants anymore.

Well Mrs Tahiri a bit of sense of realism form our side wouldn't harm neither.

The issue is political and if we were capable to solve the political issue properly then the discussions with Blgd would have last 24hours concerning the Serbian minority in Kosova and Kosova would have had seat in UN 3 years ago.

Well it looks we are not talking about the minority rights of Serbians in Kosova and neither Kosova is a UN member.

So it would be wise behind doors to strike a deal: land swap for some large local autonomy and mutual recognition.

After all had we Albos won the war at least in 90% by ourselves then we could just show the middle finger to Blgd but the truth is we did not.

I can't help but notice how you spell Albanian and Serbian, capital A is missing for Albanian but not for the Serbs.

Just thought i needed to point it out to someone who claims to be Albanian, though i doubt it once i notice such spelling mistakes.

Well who's going to stop them from returning to their homes then? You forget that this is not 1999 and serbs cannot do whatever they want to. Things are a little different now if you haven't noticed. Even the international community urges everyone (not only serbs)to return. The number of albanians that will return will be larger than that of the Serbian. So northern part won't be exclusively Serbian as you tried to make it. Dont worry, everything has its time ;)
