Yes, Serbia could go after Bosnian or Tuzla leaders in such case if this story was completely true.
True was that military convoy (MC) had not been coordinated with Tuzla police force , hard provocation was when older soldiers from convoy started to shoot from armored vehicle over local buildings, when MC tried to pull weapons from their storage that belonged to local police force etc.

Why there is no words in this article about next:
- this is was second attempt to make MC move safely to Serbia. First went wrong when MC wanted to move to local airport and they wanted to drive trough Tuzla, which was absolutely in contrast with previous agreement .

Truly unfortunate for the innocent JNA soldiers attacked in this and other events involving withdrawal of forces from BiH and Croatia during this period. But it would be interesting to get a little information about what the JNA was up to in these republics prior to withdrawal.

Does the attack that was made against the Tuzla column, while the column was withdrawing toward Serbia, with 200 JNA soldiers attacked and 59 JNA soldiers killed while others were injured or captured; does that attack constitute an official war crime committed against the Serbs; the Serbian military? Does such an attack break international laws; does that attack violate any of the rules of the Geneva Convention regarding warfare? If so, then Serbia can make a special case against the enemy forces behind that attack; Serbia can make a special request among the international authorities for a investigatory panel which turns over its findings to an empowered judicial branch for justice.
