sj,

How predictable of you, celebrating another humiliating defeat.

The Lord of the Dance is at it again. Perhaps some remedial reading might help you along in what has transpired here. What has the west provided your Albanians with except scraps from the dinner table and you’re calling it heaven.

Dodik wanted the Bosnian Court system reformed and that is what Catherine Ashton announced so I’m not sure where this defeat came from.

Who won?

Ah, the finest Brussels spin. Bendsingreality to save the face it lost with this hands down smack down win by Dodik. Time is on the Serbs side. Brussels no points, Bruxelles nul points. RS twelve points, RS douze points. This is the Euroderision contest!

Yes, significant progress has been made after the EU gave Dodik what he wanted in the first place – the EU blinked in this dispute. Always remember that a good lawyer never ask a question he/she does not already know the answer and Dodik played this with precision and timing.
The fall out in this has been the High Representative and no matter what is said or done the damage to this office is irreparable.

This was the only way to get the attention of the West about wrong policy that they started in B&H so long ago. They destroyed Balkan for the wrong reason and now are enjoying its ingenious work.
