Amazing how pro Albanians come on a Serbian Newspaper/website voicing their opinion without duress. Makes you wonder if these same people would have the same rights on a Kosovo/Albanian website...?
Albanians through passive aggression have taken over Kosovo and want total independence. Check the population of Albanians in kosovo pre and post WW2.

@an observation:

perhaps the reason might be that our dear k-albanian friends simply cannot contribute anything else than alleged illyrian descent, or pure hate-speech of the worst kind, and I can remember quite good how I had asked the B92-censors to go for something that "miri" once wrote here...but nothing happened. so please, spare us with "observations" like yours...it lacks seriousness in a way I couldn´t describe here without causing a laugh...

as for stupidity, would you as a serious " observer " agree with one of those smart k-albanian ( or should I say mislead ) kids, that the Serbs should move back to the " ural mountains " where they allegedly come from, at least if it is right what these poor kids are being taught in their socalled "universities" down there in southern Serbia...?

I think the answer to your question is that Marty's visits to Kosovo, Serbia, and Albania were all publicized highly by the Serbian press along with accoutning for his time, so interviews had to be conducted out of the area.
By the way can anyone list a time when a pro Albanian poster has been able to get the words stupid, idiotic etc through the B92 editors to criticize a pro Serbian poster? An apparent double standard, you think?

(UK, 12 May 2011 14:59)

Where have you been the last 20 years? Wake up and face the facts. The usa and western europe colluded in a massive criminal campaign to destabilize and dissolve a legitimate sovereign state called Yugoslavia. They continue to do it today to other legitimate sovereign states, even to the extent of bankrupting their treasuries. The us government has proven no better (and in fact worse) than the soviet empire it slandered for 45 years. The Serbs, to their credit, have refused to surrender to this crime and that is what pisses the west off the most. My only regret is that, when the islamic terrorists exact nuclear retribution upon the usa (and the usa is currently in panic about that), I, my family, or my friends, will suffer due to the arrogant stupidity of jackasses in washington that we hate anyway.

As for Serbia, neither france nor the vaunted usa can block the introduction of a resolution at the General Assembly this fall. This incident today is more then enough justification for that; I recommend that, between now and then, Vuk work to get 100 ststes to co-sponsor a resolution launching an investigation and condemning the western cover-up of the alleged crimes.

Selective memory serves you well. EULEX cannot be trusted as already explained numerous times by Marty, mainly because many ethnic Albanians work within it.

Set up a UN authorised investigation and watch the witnesses flood in. I'm sure many ethnic Albanians are fed up with the crime infested entity they live in.

Why is this investigation being blocked? It is fairly obvious for those without tunnel vision - JCE (or Joint Criminal Enterprise). EULEX is a branch of the JCE. Also, using cost as an excuse is pretty weak.
(Zoran, 12 May 2011 15:28
And your solution is to interview Albanian speaking witnesses without Albanian interpreters???
Who do you suggest maybe bilingual Serbians to tell the investigators what the Albanians are saying? As if this could be more trustworthy.
Albanian is not a common language for people that are not someway connected to the Albanian people, so any investigation is going to have to rely on Albanians being involved.
The evaluation of the efficiency of EULEX is not to be based on Marty's statements.
EULEX is a UN authorized organization as was UNMIK as was ICTY. So are you wanting a UN authorized organization or a Serbian catered organization, I think your choice is clear.
Does not make a lot of sense to say I know you gave us 3 but I want another one.

Since, there is not a single witness in Kosova, and if there is any, they are all living comftorbly in some western countris and/or middle of Belgrade. I guess you will lose alot of weight over the next year or so. Eulex, contrary to Serbian myth, has an adequate witness protection program, however Marty is going to have to reveal to Eulex something to convince them that witnesses are credible so they can evaluate the level of protection needed. As to date Marty has revealed nothing.
But think about it, Marty was able to find these witnesses and get their story without any witness protection program, nor any real visits to the area, so their identity cannot be a big secret. Also if they are not actually in Kosovo or Albania there is not a real problem of keeping their identities unknown at least until it is known. EULEX is not going to publish names of who they have talked with during an investigation.
Even releasing copies of transcripts to investigators would be a start, or even meeting with EULEX to discuss what can be offered in the way of witness protection by Marty would give the semblance of credibility.
To date nothing.
As to the statement in the article that the investigation be carried out under the umbrella of the UN--was it not Belgrade that insisted that EULEX take over the justice mission in Kosovo "under the umbrella of the UN"

Can I suggest that rather than focusing on nationalistic comments being thrown back and forth, maybe the issue to address here is why France could not even bother to include the item on the agenda. The secretary general has already shown his support for an open investigation and this has been supported by a number of the bigger UN member states. All Serbia is asking for is a fair and open investigation into the allegations that have been made. Bear in mind that the two strongest allegations have been made by non Serbs, so comments against Serbs are wholely unjustified. Why would anyone want to deny Serbia a fair hearing? Let the UN investigate and let there be adequate protection offered to any witnesses who might otherwise not come forward. Treat Serbia in the same way as you would wish to be treated yourselves. Lets be open and fair about this and conclude once and for all what did or didnt actually happen. Not too much to ask for is it?

I don't have any source and never heard of any witnesses, but I decided to play the same game as most of dickheads on this site making up stupid stories for something that never ocurred.

Since, there is not a single witness in Kosova, and if there is any, they are all living comftorbly in some western countris and/or middle of Belgrade.

How do you know there is not a single witness in KiM? Do you think they've killed or silenced them all? There are witnesses willing to talk, we all know that, but that won't happen until we have a proper witness protection system in place. One that is out of reach from dirty Albanian criminals because we all know will happen to ones family even if a witness is protected. Time to stop acting dumb or maybe you're not acting?

I haven't read anything so stupid for a long time.
How do you know where the witnesses are when we don't know who they are because it's too dangerous to disclose ANY information without adequate witness protection?

I think the answer to your question is that Marty's visits to Kosovo, Serbia, and Albania were all publicized highly by the Serbian press along with accoutning for his time, so interviews had to be conducted out of the area.
By the way can anyone list a time when a pro Albanian poster has been able to get the words stupid, idiotic etc through the B92 editors to criticize a pro Serbian poster? An apparent double standard, you think?

Zoran

pre 12 godina

A lot more than Albanians are asking "show me the proof", most of Europe as evidenced by the last time Marty was before the EC.

France should prove Serbia wrong if they are convicend this horrible crime did not take place. More likely France is trying to hide the truth or they are afraid for their safety in Kosovo. We all know what albanian terrorists are capable of. Albanians won't get away with their horrible crimes against the Serbian population.

Bernard Kouchner probably had something to do with this. He was head of the UN mission there while all the kidnapping took place. The UN rescued not one person who was kidnapped under their watch!

@an observation:

perhaps the reason might be that our dear k-albanian friends simply cannot contribute anything else than alleged illyrian descent, or pure hate-speech of the worst kind, and I can remember quite good how I had asked the B92-censors to go for something that "miri" once wrote here...but nothing happened. so please, spare us with "observations" like yours...it lacks seriousness in a way I couldn´t describe here without causing a laugh...

as for stupidity, would you as a serious " observer " agree with one of those smart k-albanian ( or should I say mislead ) kids, that the Serbs should move back to the " ural mountains " where they allegedly come from, at least if it is right what these poor kids are being taught in their socalled "universities" down there in southern Serbia...?

how would YOU call that, my dear " observer "???

intelligent?

well, you will hopefully enlighten us with your further " observations ", will you?
