In another article about the UNSC session about Kosovo we can read:

"The session will also be attended by the Priština government's Foreign Minister Enver Hodzaj, it has been announced. Kosovo Albanian representatives usually attend these session as private persons, at the invitation of one of the member countries, and in line with Article 39 of the UNSC Rules of Procedure, said reports."

So there's already a reasonable and viable solution on how Pristina can be present at international meetings, isn't it?

On the other hand: if Pristina isn't able to represent itself at intl. economic meetings, then they'll be able to blame their economic incompetence on us and demand subsidies & social programs like Black, Latino & Muslim ghetto-dwellers in the corrupt rotting West. 'More than autonomy, less than independence' means that re-integrated SERB LANDS not populated by an Orthodox Serb majority must have economic self-determination to take the blame away from the Serb-dominated fed. govt. in Belgrade.

"Priština's presence at intl. meetings on agenda"

It's more like "Belgrade's and Pristina's presence at intl. meetings on agenda".

Pristina has been in many intl. meetings where Belgrade was missing. In the meetings where Pristina was not present, Belgrade had little or nothing to do with it, let alone to actually be able to influence the meeting organizers. Short of recognizing Kosova as independent state and providing the "intl. meetings organizers" with the tool to invite both Pristina and Belgrade, there is nothing that this Bozo can do.

So, to summon it up:

a. Kosova will be reppresented as a state at an intl meeting;
b. Serbia will protest;
c. The intl. meeting will continue following the agenda.

Is that the creative solution which bypasses the prism of the status?

What we're willing to discuss and willing to implement are 2 DIEFERENT THINGS. Now get back to reality, ie: re-integration with Serbia so that we dont lock up your elites on organ-trafficking charges after implementing Ban'Ki Muns recent endorsement of an official UN-pproved investigation.
(highduke, 10 May 2011 15:01)
You think that Ban's endorsement is some milestone Serbia has cracked. He says the same thing every western official has said they support an independent investigation. The west says EULEX is an independent organization, Ban has not refuted that. The meeting will most likely end with Eulex conducting the investigation with UN mandate with the appointment of a UN liason to provide reports on the investigation back to the UNSC.
Your reintegration nonsense is known to be only that by yourself as well as everyone else. You do not even have the support of your own govt in your statements. Serbian talk is that of nonrecognition and protest of Kosovo indpendence when is the last time you have heard anyone with power inside the Serbian govt speak of bringing Kosovo back into the fold???

Now they are realizing that whether they like it or not most if the influential countries have recognized Kosovo and they will be present in meetings. Serbia has missed out on a lot of meeting leading to a sort of semi isolation. Now thy are trying to make it look like they have the upperhand. Lol. As far as Banh Ki Mon is concerned he is nothing but a clown. Without SC saying yes there will be no investigation. This is an embarasmnet for EU that one of their politicians is caught lying. They won't letter go. Te investigation will e done by EU and the results are clear. No facts no conviction. As far as reintegration read the interview of Halili the Presevo representative. You will see why there will be no talk of partition along ethnic lines. Don't forget you stand to loose more if Kosovo gets partitioned (which I hope they try).

Hahaha. Did someone ask him? All he can do is protest and not show up
