Brammertz report "won't block EU path"

Who cares about the EU? I realized that serbia can't live without corruption, anarchy among the many hooligans and doing things the balkan way. I was for the EU but then I realized, it's better if serbia isn't EU so all the criminals can roam free and I can go through school to become a corrupt individual myself to reap the benefits of the non-eu serbia.

If I need healthcare, I'll travel abroad like most of the politicians in need of surgery or just use private hospitals.
