It is not necessary to get names and passport numbers of the “false” asylum seekers. When they apply for asylum, process is taking more time than it’s permitted for stay in EU with “new “passport. It is visible in each passport how long you stay in EU country. Court should temporarily confiscate passports from all persons who are misusing visa free travel to EU and stay there illegally, not just to those who applied for asylum in order to receive cash for return and spent several months on the burden of German/Belgium, Swiss, Austrian, Swedish,… social support. If the visa regime will be announced again, only smugglers and crooks will have benefit from this. They will find their way to travel much easier than average hones person from Serbia, who travel as tourist or for business. Not to mention bribe for visas in visa departments of the embassies, long lines, fake invitation letters, family reunion requests, fake marriages…

False assyl-seekers?

For Serbia it is always somebody else. You never look at yourself but point your finger to EU or Kosova, ...

If you can not control your own citizens it is up to you not the EU to present you with a list. You should know yourself what is happening in your (poor) country.

Every nationality (mostly Serbs) are fleeing your country because of poor economic situation.

If you can not handle the Preseve Valley, we (= Kosova) will take it gladly in Kosova.

No one can stop economic migrants, they have existed for many years and always will irrespective what country they come from. Many countries have in fact benefited by cheap labour, Germany for one! - How does any counrty measure asylum seeking? How do they keep record/control? And if so surely the country where the asylum is seeked, can turn around and tell the migrant to go home. So what is the real fuss I can not understand. Is it a political pawn or simply no controls in place to measure asylum. I think more is made out of asylum seeking than need be. And if the EU can not measure than itself should have border controls. But this proves to be difficult since once in a EU country the door is open to any other in the EU. - And finally how many times will we have to read a horror story of individuals paying their life savings just to make another country, only to be found exploited by people trafficers and individuals once they reach a country of their dreams. If immigration problems are a real threat that the EU needs to look at just where the migrants comming from, and will most likley find that Serbia is least likely their problem. You do not have to look far to be convinced of that.
