Not true. This was the impression about Kosovo from some years ago. Nowadays, the impression about Kosovo abroad is that it's a 'country' with a criminal and corrupt leadership, that it's the land of illegal organ transplantations and the only place in Europe where political parties (including the one of the prime minister) manipulate elections
