it is noteworthy that the joint serbia/brazil operations has brought fruitions and i congratulate them, however, it will be inconclusive, if the escapees among them are still living in argentina conviniently selling off his properties in both sao-paulo and florianaprlis region, he was once involved in money laundring from ghana , so take note.

Interesting article Lenard, seems like serbs have no mafia at all, instead, they have an army doing the mafia business, which is legal and in accordance with ''sovreignity and international law''.

Don't be quick to think these people were actually Serbs....read the article closely: It says people arrested were from Serbia. It doesn't mean that they were Serbian. They could have been Albanians, Roma's or other foreign persons living abroad in Serbia. Don't be quick to judge.

This comment just encapsulates the denial attitude of Serbs everywhere.

Brazil dismantles alleged Serbian drug ring

SAO PAULO (Brazil) - BRAZILIAN police have arrested 17 people, mostly Serbians, alleged to have run an international drug trafficking ring.

The arrests came after a two-year investigation that netted 620kg of cocaine and around US$1.25 million dollars (S$1.54 million), the federal police said in a statement on Thursday.

'The members of the criminal organization were wanted internationally because of their dangerous nature... their crimes were linked to drug trafficking,' the statement said.

Brazilian police said the ringleader, arrested on May 1, was one of the top five most wanted criminals in Serbia and would be extradited to the country. -- AFP

Well well well! Mashala mashala! Its nice to see Serbias crime syndicate stretching from Serbia all around the globe to the most remote areas of the earth. 620 kilograms of cocaine! Not sugar baby!

“The members of the criminal organization are wanted on the international level for their dangerous nature and their drug-related crimes,” the Brazilian police pointed out. Serbians are such winners. Djokovic gets top spot in tennis and average Serbians get top spot for drug imports/exports and organized crime "on an international level":)

The gang operated in federal Brazilian states of Sao Paolo, Espirito Santo, Parana, Amazonas, Para and Rondonia.

Serbians now can hold hands and sing that famous song "We are the world" as they celebrate this terrific acheivement in Serbian history. The best tennis players, best turbo folk singers and now...best drug dealers! Serbia wasn't big enough for all of this talent so they took their skills to Brasil. Maybe Irinej will bless them as the church did with other drug dealers like Arkan.

Quite pathetic, but expected and well known.

"He denied that the crime group was "made up mostly of Serbs", explaining that three persons among those arrested in Brazil were "from Serbia".

"SAO PAULO -- Brazilian police say they have dismantled a criminal organization composed mostly of Serbians wanted by Interpol for international drug trafficking.
The Federal Police agency says in a statement that 16 suspected members of the gang were arrested between Sunday and Thursday in six states. Eight of those arrested are Serbian citizens."

The statement of police in Brasil says that among 16 suspects 8 are Serbians so that this type aka. minister is lying. However one can find everywhere in Balkans such criminals which in this case are slaps in the faces of some Serbs who always blame the others.
