When you say "...present to the Albanian public Belgrade's stands via their own media." WHAT do you mean?

Is there anything that the Albanian public do not know about Belgrade's stance, unless you attempt to indirectly but officially recognize Kosovo. As soon as you enter discussions in Pristina with any Albanian official you will have to abide Kosovo protocol with the Kosovo flag shining next to Serbia's, if the latter is printed yet.

The Western world does want a peaceful Balkan,abiding by the European values. If you want to join the EU you will have to do what EU member value as e standard, and Kosovo recognition is part and parcel of the EU integration package. This is getting clearer day by day.

Serbia MUST learn from it awful crimes of humanity in the 1990s, and transform itself from a destructive player into a constructive one. In this game all will win, and mostly the Serbs. On the contrary (delaying Kosovo recognition, as well as ignoring crimes in Vukovar, Knin Srebrenica , and Kosovo) all will lose BUT Serbia the most.

If this clown doesn't ask for permission he will be deported outside the border like that other clown...ya know the Phantom Minister (bogi).
