Belgrade team chief to visit Priština in mid-May

Head of the Belgrade negotiating team Borislav Stefanović has said he intends to visit Priština mid-May, ahead of the fourth round of the negotiations.

He is welcomed in Kosovo if he wishes too. Come on Agim they know they lost Kosovo.
They are dragging the situation which is not helping Serbia or Kosovo either and they know that, but we are moving forward nontheless, so its up to them.

Or they want to be good neighbours or we can tit for tat.. We Albanians are world renown for good hospitality.

Notice the key word "wishes"?
This means that he must ask for permission first, before he can visit Kosova. Is this any indication that Kosova is part of Serbia, as some on this site would like to make you believe that?
