As far as Mladic, look, just like Bin Laden, I'm sure he is getting cover from the Serb military. Bin Laden was next door to the main Pakistani military acaedmy almost 2 kilometers away. It would be like someone living in the US next to West Point. You can make the connection between the two (because the Pakistanis supported Bin Laden) and that's why it would be difficult to bring him to justice as it was to get the final OK from the Pakistanis (they can deny it all they want, but everyone knows better). So until the Serb military wants to give him up -that will not happen. Nor do I expect it to happen any time soon....
If Serbia can not find Mr Mladic, let the US-forces together with Kosova track Mr Mladic and bring him to court (dead or alive?).
Serbia would be gratefull for this!

That's the point. I won't say that USA (or Russia if that matters) can find EVERYBODY - but if they try hard enough, they will find whom they want earlier or later. Still not 100% sure about Bin Laden being killed the way he is now believed to be killed, but looking at the Twitter story of a Pakistani S/W engineer who became unwillingly and unknowingly the witness of the event the things look like indeed, Osama was killed this Monday.
But back to Mladic... do you think, U.S. special forces do not roam Serbia at will?
Do you think, some very special Russian forces do not roam Kosovo at will?
Of course, they do. At least I believe so.
If Mladic is nowhere - what you say can be twisted in that form: Americans have absolutely no political interest that Mladic will ever surface. Guess, why? Because he knows to much. But Mladic is a "good boy".... he knows that he has to shut up in order to stay alive. Because if you know way to much about both American and Russian dirty underwear and you are not willing to shut up - you land up facing the Creator before your time expires.
Americans had absolutely no political interest that Osama bin Laden will ever surface ALIVE. It looks, he did not. To bad for him, he never wanted to shut up (unlike Mladic).
