In case you don't know who is the Head of EULEX, you should do some research before you post a nonsense comment.
As for the north, is high times Kosova gov. drafts a plan similar to Croatia called Oluja, to get rid of criminals once and for all from northern Mitro.
(Agim Kelmendi, 27 April 2011 17:30)
Please, Agim, I beg you to try. I think there are lots of Serbs here that would be extremely happy to see your girl scouts try to fight a war against the Serbs!

When the Albanians are ready organise your Oljua and see how far you get. The Croats are paying a very hefty price for behaving like Croat Ustashi.

Are you going to lead that "Oluja", Agim? Get a life, or go and pull some wings off of insects, Kelemendi, and let people live their lives in peace. Folks in the Balkans have had enough of wars and Olujas, especially over something as silly as license plates.

You are sounding a little desperate thinking the Albanians can organise another "storm". In fact, the Croatians never organised it anyway, it was the US and somehow I think they have their attention focused elsewhere.

As for the new EULEX head, he is Romanian so that is enough for me. Seems like Romania, Slovakia and Greece are getting more involved in KiM. I'm not complaining.

Rather then focusing on all sort of crime and stagering unemployment the albanians want to harass serbian cardrivers. It's very obvious that the albanains are loosing their nervs over Kosovos failure as a state. Recognitions have died out, lack of investments etc. With nothing to do the albanains yet again change their focus to harassing serbs.

So the new head of EULEX is coming from a non-recognising country? Serbian registration plates are being used in KiM. Looks like our KiM Albanian friends will see reality once they get their heads out of the sand. The propaganda about the "lawless north" will turn out to be the prosperous north once they open their eyes. The momentum has changed in Serbia's favour.

HE is talking about the rule of law??? absurd.

"most troublesome," part of Kosovo, says Koha Ditore, adding that Rexhepi has "grown tired" of such a treatment by EULEX.

Let's hope that he doesn't get sick also. Keep him away from promaja.

Rexhepi is a dangerous individual but so far he's been little more than bluster and bravado than someone who can deliver on his statements. For once I'm happy EULEX is taking a more "status neutral" approach to the north and effectively allowing an ambiguous but relatively stable situation continue. Serbs in the north drive with Serbian plates but know to change to KS plates when crossing the Ibar. This seems to have been the tacit agreement for years now, even as Albanians change to KM, PR, etc plates when driving north. That Rexhepi frequently threatens to destabilize an already tense situation with unilateral calls for "law" enforcement without even considering dialogue with northern Kosovo's socio-political leadership is enough to suggest he's not only a primary instigator of instability, but someone with limited strategic thinking.

"...and they are also responsible for distributing the Serbian printed plates," says the daily, adding that EULEX failed to react each of those times, "even though its mandate requires it to do so".

Why should EULEX, being is status neutral, should seize Serbian license plates? For the same reasons, Serbs could demand from EULEX to seize Kosovo license plates. Stupid.

EULEX works for MUP at least on a covert level like I said from the start. So much for the Ahtissari plan and Kostunica's anti-EULEX contrarian hysteria.
