Anyone who is mentioning Srebrenica and Serbian ppl as killers should look for the documentary movie "Srebrenica A Town Betrayed" and "Sarajevo Ricochet". Both movies are done by Norwegian journalists and facts there are matching what General McKenzie was saying. I think that time of easily brainwashed ppl has passed, face it!

Lenard, quit spewing your ridiculous lies on here. I've spoken, face to face, with Canadian peacekeepers who served in Croatia and they are sickened by what they witnessed your 'brave' Ustashe doing there. They also told me they were told to keep quiet about Croat war crimes by guess who, the good ol' US of A authorities! They know what you Croats are all about, and there are great men in the Canadian ranks who risked their lives protecting Serbs in Krajina from your fascist extremists. In the Medak pocket battle, the Canadians killed 27 of your Ustashe, while trying to defend Serb civilians.

Great that Lenard and Ivan both think the Danish are to blame because some sick Croats excecuted elderly and handicaped people.

Personally when somebody murders I hold that person responsible, not somebody standing closeby. Of course the person standing closeby has some responsiblity, but they are not to blame, the murderer is.

Is there no end to the blaming of others? Perhaps we should blame the Serb victims for not running away? At the same time we can blame the Serbs for running from Croatia. A win / win situation from the Croat nationalist viewpoint!

No, there was no ethnic cleansing in Croatia and any civilians murdered are the blame of the Danish... Oh and quick, mention Srebrenica to change the subject...
Pathetic.

What a joke Canadian soldiers in Croatia and Bosnia just like the Dutch and Danes. The Canadian soldiers even poisoned their own Commander in Croatia http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2008/03/25/settlement-payment.html. The factitious battle they said they had with Croatian army no record of it Canadian soldiers made it up to get some tin metals. Just like in Somalia Canadian Soldiers kidnapped teenagers and tortured them to death that the Canadian government had to disband the "elite" air battalion because of its criminality and pathetic command. August, 1996 - Canadian military investigators head to a mental hospital in Bakovici, Bosnia-Herzegovina, to probe sex and drinking allegations involving 30 Canadian soldiers and four officers on and on.

That's the media claim yet not a one Dutch soldier witnessed any killing like these guys did. The Bosnian Muslim army had deserted and were fighting their way to Tuzla and other Muslim-held territory. The women and children were given bus rides to Tuzla airport (on orders of the UN) and none arrived injured.
There aren't even any photos of anyone bleeding, unlike the link given earlier to the video which shows people slumped in their wheelchairs and bleeding and a guy with crutches who was lying on the floor bleeding.
Amazing that there was no blood evidence in Srebrenica.

"The real issue is that Danes and especially Dutch soldiers are just a bunch of pathetic cowards."

I don't think they were cowards - I think they (mostly) didn't care about the people. Most foreigners will not care about the peoples of a country the way they'd care about their own which shows the danger of having the UN "protect" the people. But it is known the UN was there to disarm the Serbs and make them vulnerable to cleansing, the Croats were allowed and getting help to build up weapons. The UN was involved in bringing in mercenaries and weapons for the Muslims and Croats.
Only a few with conscious would help - such as the Canadians at the Medak Pocket - but though they battled the Croats they weren't able to spare any Serbs from being killed.
I just wonder why now after 15 1/2 years these Danish soldiers speak out? Maybe they get more troubled as they grow older and see their parents starting to resemble age-wise the elderly Serbs whom were killed.

There are about 3000 names alone on the Potocari monument that are purported to be people killed by Serbs in Srebrenica, but these people are all alive and well living in he EU, Canada, US and even Australia.
The monument to Srebrenica contains names of Bosnaik soldiers killed in action around Tusla, Sarajevo and the little bash they had with their allies, the Croats.

First of all there were 9 victims in this incident (but 3 haven't been named). Secondly it is just one place and one incident - there were hundreds of such incidents going on around this time. The totals of civilian Serbs killed in these weeks were in the thousands. Many of the mass graves of Serbs aren't even investigated - Croatia was allowed to get away with these murders because it was the western agenda.

If 6-9 peoples lives are more important than 7000-8000 lives, than I must say that Serbia is in dire situation. Only a Serb will think that a single serb life is more imprtant than 1000 non Serb lives. Shame on serbia and Serbian people hat think this way.

"The Hague Tribunal recently found the military and police operation to have been a joint criminal enterprise aimed at forcibly and permanently removing the Serb population in Croatia." This sounds like demographic and cultural genocide to me. The real issue is that Danes and especially Dutch soldiers are just a bunch of pathetic cowards. They are the ones that saw and knew that all sides had blood on their hands, but most likely they were instructed by politicians to keep quiet or else. The bad image of the Serbs had to be preserved at all costs. It is good to see that the image of Croats, Bosnian Muslims, and Kosovo Albanians being just victims is finally starting to crumble. Unfortunately it remains to be seen that justice will still be served upon those responsible and alive.

So, what you are actually saying is that Serbian lives are worthless. Serbs have been put on trial and convicted by the ICTY for crimes, but those committing crimes against Serbs have largely gone unpunished. That's not how the world of justice works Agim. Further, you make these outlandish claims of thousands of executions without proof. What people are you speaking of? Most of the cases so far have been over relatively small numbers of victims because prosecutors need evidence to convict war criminals. You can inflate numbers to placate your self and your friends but without evidence those numbers are as hallow as the spacee between your ears.

If there were any justice in the world, then this revolting crime should be prosecuted. Basically ,I mean the Danish commander Jorgen Kold should be primarily prosecuted due to the command responsibility.By ignoring atrocious crimes committed by Croatian troopers, he actually participated in the crime. However he gave an order to his troopers not to intervene ,but only to observe. His subordinate troopers ,former peacemakers have been troubled by guilty conscience and atoned for being mute onlookers by telling journalists the whole story. The ICJ should not minimize the commander’s crime, the prosecution should not downplay the event, but should press the charges against him. The irresponsible peacekeeping forces inficted great damage to the areas under their surveillance where they exerted their authority. Their presence often aggrevated the situation in the area.
