"The mandate is two years, but EULEX will leave Kosovo once the government is experienced enough to guarantee the rule of law for all its citizens, EULEX spokesperson Irina Gudeljevic said. "
This might mean 'never'? Or does it only mean 'Once King Thaci will resign'?

"According to Koha Ditore's sources in Brussels, the EU thinks that EULEX should stay in Kosovo for at least another two or three years, "in order to assist Kosovo's institutions and investigate difficult cases".
At least two or three, yes. Emphasis on 'At least' ;-)

EULEX, according to their criteria, will be in Kosovo for at least fifty more years. Rule of Law? Respect for minorities? What a sense of humor. Their greatest skills are found in organized crime.
