Well, his name is known, to the Albanian media at least. A racist french officer with Serbian ancestors (this is what Albanian media say at least). And I suspect we will soon hear from him on the Serbian media. This is a good propaganda occasion to throw some more dirt on Kosovo and meet the expectations of the readers.
