There would be no harm in extending the mandate of the ICTY until 2015 and allow investigation into new cases with an expanded role. That way any unfinished business could be completed.
For those who oppose the ICTY which is UN financed, UN mndated and is accountable to the UN, why ask the UN for an investigation if you do not trust it.
They already have all the evidence that Marty has (as he came up with nothing new) and could use that as a base.
However any supposed ties to organized crime would not in itself fall under the scope of a "War Crimes tribunal". I have not researched it but I think a UN mandated investigation would set a new precedent that many many countries who are plagued with corruption may not want to start.

And, this will fall on it's head. Perhaps B92 should go to the yellow house and speak to the people who still live in the house and find out exactly what happened. They will find a tormented family who have not been left alone for years now due to this allegation. They will also tell you that a Serbian Gentleman visited them a while back, introduced as a guest by a family friend, where he dined with them and they made him feel welcome. It looks to me that someone needs to investigate the actual fabrication itself, which appears to have the route just there.
It is inreseting to see that western countries no longer fall for Serb lies, thing which other Ex Yu nations learned a long, long time ago.
Mr. Jeremic, serves lies, and his nation is suffering and is very poor indeed, 1.3milion i read.
