The Serbian insistence to bring an alleged crime which is not underpinned by not even one single fact and failed at least 3 independent investigations is nothing but propaganda that wants to put in same plane the butchers and the victims: if Serbs were judged by Hague so should K-Albanians.

The Serbia refusal of acknowledging the horrendous crimes that their state in their name did in Kosova is simply disgusting and gives all moral right to Kosva to declare independence and cut any ties with this fascist culture.

Your porblem is you say Marty's report contined irrefutable proof. Marty's report contains allegations only, no proof. That is the issue almost 5 months after release of the report everyone is saying where is the evidence.
If the report had irrefutable proof there would be no need for an investigation.

Till now, not a single victim has been named. The "reason" Marty claims is that no witness protection program is in place. But, why would a victim of these imaginary crimes need witness protection if, as Marty claims, the so-called victims are dead. Who, in their right mind, would give any credence to these ridiculous and unfounded charges. Not the EU, I predict!

Not only the EU, but the whole council of Europe, which means even some more countries, called for an investigation. What comes from Kosovo Albanians is only denial, and nothing else.

I think since there are allegation from Serbian site of organ harvesting the talks of Serbian and Albanians should be halt till this allegation will be cleared. There can not be talks with those allegation around. They make Albanian points week.

But I agree, if serious investigations (without killed, intimidated or suddenly disappearing witnesses like, for example, in the Haradinaj case) and without hindering and blocking by Albanian or Kosovo institutions are carried out and they don't find enough evidence, that's a result, too, of course.
