Libyan rebel leaders have rejected a proposed African Union peace plan, VOA reports.

Kind of reminds me of BiH when the Muslims kept rejecting all peace plans while Serbia accepted them, however, the Serbians were still made to look bad. After more than 100,000 dead and massive destruction, the Muslims accepted a plan that gave them less than the original plan. The multinationals were happy with the massive profits made to rebuild the place. I suspect the same will happen in Libya. Profit comes before lives for the people pulling the strings.
