I can hardly see the Tadic government letting Mladic go free. If I was on the run like them, I'd know exactly what I'd do as soon as the Milosevic govt Collapsed. Flee Serbia and set up shop in the outstretches of Russia/Africa/S. America or Defect to North Korea. This idea that the Authorities Deliberately arent looking for them is Crap.

While you are right about Tadic he also knows his limits, such as the time when the riots occurred and Kostunica pulled the police away from the US embassey and it torched. Tadic knew he could not stop it so he was out of the country "conveniently".
He knows that in order to be able to lead Serbia into the future he has to retain power and there are certain things that he cannot do. Betray the national hero and publicly renounce claims on Kosovo. Although he knows that both would accelerate the success of Serbia like nothing else.

Sorry, but in that 10 years theyve caught 30-40 odd others including Milosevic and Karadzic, Your an idiot if you think they're not trying.

Milosevic was overthrown so it is no surprise he was turned over, Karadzic ran a business in downtown Belgrade, it was inevitable that eventually he would come to the public eye.
The last 2 heros are on the run with the help of previous if not present authorities. No one could be so naive to think that there is a full fledge effort to find them, only enough effort to look good and try to fool the EU. Once the Hague closes they will pretty much be free.

Yeah right. 10 years you went after Ratko Mladic and in the end gave up because Serbs didn't want to give him up.
