The incompetence of EULEX is nothing new as people have been making that claim for a long time, but now it’s interesting that the western newspapers have picked up on this story – I imagine that the impending savage budget cuts in the UK are forcing this type of scrutiny. I’m sure that this story will never reach the shores of freedom and democracy.
In its three 3 years of operation it has managed to change very little and you have to ask is it EULEX or the people it was brought to change? Considering that their PM is a drug lord supported by that magnificent paragon of justice, democracy and transparency, the US, is it a little wonder that Kosovo is an abortion of American foreign policy.

"Kosovo (including its politicans) should be disbanded because it is expensive and incompetent", The Gardener says.

But if it was pushing the DEFUNCT Ahtissari plan, they'd be praising EULEX. Like I said from the start EULEX is a de-facto extension of MUP. Let them deal with Albanian riots after re-integration with Serbia.

All fair minded Albanians should thank Marty for his report. It is an opportunity for them to purge themselves of the despicable criminal enterprises (KLA) running Kosovo and Albania. The "appointment" of a policewoman as PM is a small step in the right direction that was undoubtedly prompted by the increasingly negative press the Kosovo Albanian leadership is getting. It is time the Kalbs recognised the rights of Serbia in Kosovo.
