Serbs in north agree to boycott Priština census

Kosovo Serb political representatives have agreed to boycott the census organized by the government in Priština, controlled by Kosovo's Albanians.

"it is a problem that no one knows whether the Serbs who fled to Serbia during the Kosovo war are going to be included in the census."
What he is saying is there should be no cencus in Kosovo until Serbs return. For Serbs to return Kosovo should return to Serbia...Crazy but here we are....In England I had to complete Census as we might get fined 1000 pounds....
