1. Just because the ICTY has initiated an investigation into claims made by Seselj, does not lend any credibility to the claims. He made a complaint and they are going to look into it, in most probability to make sure when they render a guilty verdict they can refute his claims of an unfair trial.
2. Since NATO alliance countries cover 75%+ of the UN budget and more than 80% of special projects of the UN, they will have an influence on any court set up by the UN. So if you are looking for a panel free from NATO influence better look on another planet.
3. China also has a judge on the ICTY.
4. It is unfortunate that you feel the ICTY is unfairly biased against Serbs and that a disproportionate number of Serbs have been prosecuted but Serbia was the agressor in the Yugoslavian wars and that is typical. I realize as a Serb you feel that Serbia was innocent but the facts do not bare out your views.
5. It is even more doubtful that Marty will be involved in any investigation due to the fact that at the recent EC meeting he turned on the panel and they are frustrated because he is refusing to aid any investigation.
6. Again I reiterate that both you and Marty feel that any investigation that includes Albanians cannot be trusted but it would be impossible to have any kind of investigation without Albanian or Serbian translators.
