Turkey is a NATO member and US ally so it doesn't matter. If this was the case in Libya then we could expect humanitarian bombs to flatten the whole country.

Since its political inception in the 1920s, Turkey has always been an authoritarian state, at times more brutal in suppressing political dissent and dealing with the Kurds and other minorities. With the emergence of mullah Erdogan as the supreme power Turkey is being transformed to a fascist state. Not only does Erdogan deny the genocide of Armenians, he also defends Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir.
Erdogan defended Bashir by saying “It’s not possible for a Muslim to commit genocide".I just wonder how Erdogan would explain two million dead Christians in southern Sudan or 400 thousand dead Africans in Darfur.

In addition to 70 imprisoned journalists, Turkish police closed down 4 TV stations with its owners imprisoned and a publishing house by erasing thousands of copies of an unreleased book ( the book is about how an Islamic gang has taken over the Turkish Police).Just imagine what would've happen if the book stated a fact, like, Kemal Ataturk died of Syphilis, and the author would've found himself locked up, not in a jail, but in a hospital for the insane.

Turkey is an islamic state all but in name. The islamists have taken over the state institutions -even the army is in retreat with thousands of officers imprisonesd after the recent trials- and there is no way back.
