Actually, true decentralization would require constitutional amenmets. Anything short of that is semantis and will not change the abiliy of a ruling part t intervene in local politics lik Slobo and the pos-October 5 regimes have.

As well ay regionalization tha keeps the status quo of vojvodina vs.the rest of Serbia is also not true regionalization. For it gives one area of the countr priveleges not accorded to the rest.

No to Dinkic's regionalization.

As to the employment and Kostunica situation. The policies that increased uneployment, they are Dinkic's. And does anyone remeber how from 2004-2007 during the 1st Kostunca and frm 2007-2008 during the 2nd Kostuica government how Dinkic would blame Kostunica for economc failures.

Given that the Cvetkovic government essenally hasn't done anything against th Dinkic program (they fell out when Dinkic caused large invetment to move from a DS area to a place where Dinkic allies hold power), its clear tht Dinkic's neo-liberalism is bad for Serbia.

That's his latest project after failing to get Serbia into NATO and against RUS. I dont know how he sleeps at night after advocating anti-Serbdom ideas & policies his entire career. Dinkic is the type who'd have converted to Islam 250 years ago.
