EULEX chief on mission priorities

Two of the 4 main issues for Eulex in Kosovo deal with Albanian/KLA war crimes, that is a good sign. So far, Brussels/US has mostly fingered the Serbs as the culprits of war crimes. Until justice is served to all war criminals, on either side, nothing will be able to move forward in Kosovo. Peaceful co-existence may be possible one day between Serbs and Albanians, regardless of who claims Kosovo territory as theirs, but the criminals must first be brought to justice, and the nationalists silenced, or nothing will change in that part of the Balkans.
