Government ignores Constitutional Court decision

B92 it's a lie that the minority receive so much money. One billion (1bn) in Serbian Dinar (RSD) would be the equivalent of 9,600,000 - 9,700,000 EUR per month. Considering there is like 40,000 minorities in the north according to that distribution they all would have been millionaires by now (12 years later).

The truth is that money goes to fill deep pockets, pay MUP operating in the north, and channel it on illegal structures and criminals.

Lastly, I'm surprised Serbs aren't following the constitution since according to Tadic and serb diaspora the main reason why Serbia cannot recognize Kosovo is because of the all powerful Serbian constitution.

I do not understand where the problem is. Why can't the constitution be changed again? Elevate Kosovo Serbs and make them a constitutional entity. The opposition parties would certainly vote for it. Problem solved. Their plight and suffering and 50% more money, well deserved by the way, must to go right into the constitution. First article possibly.

MUP would be the Serbian abbreviation of their policemen / ministry of internal affairs. Usually when you hear it being thrown around in this context is for their special squads (equivalent of CIA agents). These MUP agents are the ones who train certain "hooligans" to create and use Moltov Cocktails....

What is MUP?
