Population census begins in Kosovo

"A population census began in Kosovo and Metohija on Friday, but most Serbs in the territory are boycotting it."

Question is, how many Serbs in the territory are boycotting it? Answer is: we won't know until we have a census.

It's BS when you hear a ridiculous claim that the numbers will be manipulated.

Well when Thaci wins over 120% of the popular vote in some voting districts - twice - the rest of the world has good reason to doubt the validity of your census takers.

It's not good that some of our minorities do not want to participate in registering people and property.
You have to remember two things about the census, it's being carried out by the Statistical Office of Kosovo in parternship with the guidance of 10 different other Statistical Offices and UNOPS (UN office). It's BS when you hear a ridiculous claim that the numbers will be manipulated.

They learned everything from Serbs. They saw that Serbs are getting away with murder,so they decided to do the same.

Nothing wrong with boycottining it. Isn't that the same as what the the Albanians did pre-1999.

If I remember corrctly, I read about some major irregularities in the revoting, too. Simply unprofessional.

CEC and SOK are two different institutional branch. You're right some votes were manipulated but if memory serves right in those districts there was re-votes until the voting was carried out correctly---some people fined and some were imprisoned.

there were 3 rounds of voting in some districts..the last being with no irregularities. Look it up.
