Clearly, I dont see where President obama is going. The only thing to help the opponents is to give them arms to get rid of Gadhafi.

Where are all the liberal/left anti-War protesters now? Where is indignation in Congress & the House? What? Gaddafi & Saddam are different somehow? Obama can wage war but Bush can't? Who controls the pacifists, why are they quiet now, what is the real purpose of anti-War movements & where are they now?

In London, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton met with Mahmoud Jibril, a representative of Libya’s political opposition.

President Obama said Tuesday the London meetings showed how nations can work together, with U.S. help. "That is how the international community should work, more nations. The United States right there at the center of it, but not alone," he said.

Indeed mr Obama.Let's put our friends in charge of Libya and the oil resources will be secured for the benefit of the coalition until the days the oil wells dry up.BP,Shell and Exxon will be waiting like vulchers to make a killing from the “development opportunities” – as Hillary always call them. The interests of those companies were even included in the Libyan opposition's statement in London. "The interests and rights of foreign nationals and companies will be protected.

What about all those huge reconstruction projects-and there are many- to be carried out by western companies? There is no problem financing them,$70 billion of Libya's sovereign fund has been frozen.

It looks like the Libyan opposition has sold out the aspirations of ordinary Libyans to western powers.Instead of believing in people's power they are begging for help from the enemy of all revolutions and friends of the dictators and suppressive governments as they really are.
