Their possition have not changed since 2008, and I don´t think they will.

The decission of the ICJ about Kosovo was legal scandal backed by the USA and some part of the EU countries.

About Catalonia and Basque Country, I think does not make any sense comparing them with Kosovo, because there is not an economical independence: most Basque and Catalonian firms sell products in the rest of Spain, so what is the use of being independent or would it be possible? ...

And as the highest authority in the world, it has not declared the UDI illegal either!

Who violated international law? The highest court in the world called International Court of Justice stated that Kosovo's DOI was valid and it did not violate no such laws.

Thanks,

Stick to delivering pizzas and leave international legal matters to those that know what they are talking about. The closest you have been to a real court is watching Boston Legal.

The ICJ did not stated the above. Spain is misusing its position in the EU big time like Greece, Slovakia, Cyprus and other irrelavant countries.

--
The ICJ did not address the legality of independence purposely because everyone knows it is not legal, however, the declaration itself was legal only because they deemed the people declaring it detached from the temporary institutions. You should read it before making such statements.

As for Greece, Slovakia and Cyprus being irrelevant, well, they are relevant enough to keep "Kosova" out of the EU.

Just like Cedo and his view on 'cannibal' africans. These bigots (several supposedly albanian posters on b92 who have made similar comments in the past) instead prefer to bow down before the great gods of the west like the true servants they are. Pathetic.
