Serbia’s European path is not jeopardizing our relations with Russia, Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić said commenting on Russian PM Vladimir Putin’s visit.

EU/US block can hire some of the Russian politicians and businessmen to solve certain local tasks but in general Russians sleep very well. Cause there are no military or economical or any other tools to impose something on this country. Thus EU and even NATO membership of Serbia will change very little. Moreover last few years Russia de facto is building relations not so much with EU as a whole but with separate EU countries like Germany , Italy , France , Greece ect. So having such a friendly country like Serbia inside western structures does not contradict this Russian trend.

I feel that there is a general consensus in Kosovo that these talks should never take place until Serbia recognises Kosovo independence. Who asked for the "talks" by the way? Serbia. Rest assured that these "talks" will not last for ever as Serbia wishes....
