All war criminals have no place among us, no matter their nationality. So far, however, not enough Croats, Bosniaks and Albanians, have faced justice for their crimes against innocent civilan Serbs. Saying this, I think about Oric who is the worst war criminal of that un-civil war, and he is just as free as the air. this is a shame for The Hague tribunal.

Serbia should focus on those who murdered and tortured Serbs as the international community and the Muslims and Croats have ignored these deaths.
As for false accusations - that's the territory of the Muslims and Croats who exaggerated and made up claims and have proven to be liars, along with the mainstream media.

For instance it was mostly military, not civilians killed in the war, and the numbers were much lower than the Muslims and media claimed.

Also, many incidents were staged by the Muslims and Croats. International soldiers living there during the war witnessed these, and have written and/or testified to this, but they ignored and nothing is done in regards to the crimes they eye-witnessed of the Croats and Muslims.

Natasa Kandic is a Serb-hater who slapped an elderly Kosovo Serb refugee man whose relative was kidnapped by the KLA. She is funded to ignore crimes against Serbs and instead make up false propaganda claims.

A false extradition request that like the Tuzla and Ejup Ganic cases will be dismissed. As Natasa Kandic said, Serbian prosecutors should focus on Serbian war criminals (which constitute the great majority) instead of targeting nationals of other countries who are not guilty of any crime. Politically-motivated extradition requests entirely lacking in any substance have discredited Serbian war crimes prosecutors time and again. The question is - why has no-one in Serbia been held to account for filing false claims and testimony?
