b92,

Why there is no reports on a another meeting that took place today in Macedonia? Or this is the same as Putin's visit to Belgrade, "not so important for western media"!?

"Let the KiM Albanians mess this census up so the whole world can see how incompetent and corrupt Pristina is."

lol

yes. that's right. The whole world is an the edge of their seat, wondering what the outcome of the Kosovo census is going to be.

It's dinner-table conversation the world over, in fact! When Kosovo messes it up THEN they'll know how wrong they were.

When Kosovo was under Serbia, Serbs used to always tell a number that showed Albanians in Kosovo to be far less than they really were.

"Aside from the fact we do no trust these institutions, the question is how to include the 250,000 IDPs and the significant portion of Serb property which remains damaged or usurped," he told daily Večernje novosti."

So what you are saying is, there are no Serbs left in Kosovo? Sorry but if I recall right there were never more then 194.000 Serbs in the last census conducted by Yugoslavia in -91, where do these 50.000 came from and who are these Serbs living in Kosovo today, aliens? Oh no worries, we are used with artificial numbers popping up from Belgrade.

Bogdanović said that the recent vote theft at the election in Kosovo showed the Albanian authorities were doing everything to paint the situation on the ground to their advantage and would certainly try to misrepresent the size of the Serb population in Kosovo in the upcoming census.
--
Oh yes, good point. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with 7 million KiM Albanians in the region. What will they call it? Census stuffing?

Let the KiM Albanians mess this census up so the whole world can see how incompetent and corrupt Pristina is.

I think this is the first time that a proper census is about to take place. Kosovo never got anything proper. Serbian authorities were inclined to change results by reducing the number of Albanians and increasing the number of Serbs and other minorities. That was Serbian version. As usual stealing and cheating.

Now under legitimate Kosovo government with the participation of minorities (inc Serbs) is to be revealed the truth. I guess the censuse will results that Albanian make up 97%, Roma 1.3, Serbs, 1.2%,Turks 0.4 etc

The reality is that Kosova is independent and you, along with Serbia, started the negociations which means that you (in-)directly have recognized Kosova.

How can "Kosova" be independent if it is discussing internal matters with Serbia? If you don't need these negotiations then why on earth are you having them? Because the EU is making you? Well, in that case where is your independence to say "No"?

Keep dreaming.

"Asked if there is any indication that Priština is secretly preparing to manipulate the census, and that some Serb representatives are involved, Bogdanović said that the recent vote theft at the election in Kosovo showed the Albanian authorities were doing everything to paint the situation on the ground to their advantage and would certainly try to misrepresent the size of the Serb population in Kosovo in the upcoming census."

A valid point. If Kosovo autorities cannot even guarantee a fair and correct election, a census could be prone to manipulations, too.

Mr Bogdanovic, insist whatever you want.

The reality is that Kosova is independent and you, along with Serbia, started the negociations which means that you (in-)directly have recognized Kosova.

There will be a lot of UNILATERAL decisions from the Kosovar side as we will devine our own future.

We do not need these talks, you (Serbia) needs them and especially your government as there will be soon elections in your country.

Also, do not have a census in the serb majority towns/region because as such you will never have anything legal document or claim for the future.

We do not care if you hold them or not.
