The outcome is too obvious if it were just between the Serbs and Albs. You were the first to run for help to America, it is obvious to the clever mind how Russia had no choice but to support us.
I dare you to consider the outcome if no one was involved, and this was just between the two peoples.

MUP & VS will be dispatched when KFOR leaves and the Kumanovo Agreement is voided by Res1244 because Albanians are always cowards when there's no foreign puppet master to back them up and this time they'll have KPS pistols, jeeps & rifles and will be too demoralized to lose again to a modern, trained Serb Army. You will not fight us, your public is too abandoned, humiliated, demoralized, confused and scared to confront reality so that your Albanian delusions become our Serb strength. ITS OVAH!

All the more reason to make good on the recent geopolitical Libya trade-off with RUS: void the Kumanovo Agreement after KFOR leaves & implement Res1244 with UN support like an LTTE-type scenario.

The comment like "[discussing] Kosovo's participation in regional initiatives" is not appropriate. Kosovo is participating everwhere but Serbia not. So Kosovo is safe but Serbia is and has problem.
Serbia should attempt to improve its image in the region and worldwide if it wants to be respected.
