Sorry Bajram there are many 'cooks' in Kosovo and you are only a manager in one of them.

If a decision is taken by the boss of your kitchen or the boss of rival kitchens (or by the EU or US kitchen) you will have to obey.

Statements at this point in time are only hot air when even the real decision makers have not made their minds up.

The count of kosova I thought what I said was completely clear.

What will be decided in regard to license plates in Kosovo is not a decision that will taken by Rexhepi.

If this is an issue that Serbia places highly on its agenda during negotiations (or talks if you prefer), or one with which the EU are persuaded to be involved, or one in which Kos Albanian governing parties break ranks, then his words are just hot air.

I hope you understand what I'm saying this time. It is not Rexhepi's decision to make.

"reciprocity"? What exactly is the current status quo? I know that Kosovo is not accepting new Serbian license plates for Kosovo towns, but accepts old ones. But which Kosovo plates aren't accepted in Serbia, in reciprocity? All ones issued by Kosovo governement?

bganon, Are you saying that Belgrade will defy EU requirements concerning license plates. If so, Serbia can then kiss goodbye to EU membership. You are forgetting this is all about following correct path to EU for both Serbia and Kosova.

Hey 22 out of 27 EU member states and US recognize Kosovo as an independent state. Both are mediator at th Prishtina-Belgrade dialoug. What do serbs expect from this talks?? Nothing wich questions Kosovos statehood and its sovregnity will be discussed.


Serbs who live in Kosovo should have Kosovo licence plates and Serbia should recognize those for the sake of free movment and trade issues. As I mentioned before the statehood of Kosovo will not be up for neigotiations. There are a strong oposition in Kosovo wich are against the dialoug and will not accept somthig wich in any way goes against the state of Kosovo.

Serbs should not belive that K.albanians are in need of somthing. We are happy with what we got, majority EU countrys, US, Canada,Japan, Saudi Arabia and more recognize us and there are more to come. We are not in a hurry for nothing. Serbia is the one hurry for EU membership and will do everything wich is possible to get there. The EU and US will demand Serbia to recognize Kosovo and Serbia will have to obey.

One thing is for sure , nobody can demand from Kosovo to give up somthing when it comes to its sovregnity or its statehood. As we all know US and majority EU memberstates(important ones) recognize Kosovo and its statehood.

I just want to make a clear picture for the serbs what to expect from this so called dialoug. Nothing at all!!

Correct. The logical compromise would be: Kosovo residents may chose what plates to have and they will be valid.

I don't see any compromise if Kosovo delegation wants to get Kosovo plates recognized in Serbia without recognizing (new) Serbian-issued plates for Kosovo. The proper answer to that proposal should be "а ху нехо?" in Russian slang - but I won't translate it, who knows the language can guess what does it mean.

BTW: given the looks of Edita Tahiri - I wouldn't even think...

Maybe Russia and China just don't give a damn. You forgot to mention that China didn't give an answer one way or the other as well.
Big difference is that China and Russia DO care about that happens in Serbia. China has already proved that by sending someone to ICJ to give their argument there which is something they are not know for doing.

Please don't compare everything that happens around the world to Serbia.

Don’t celebrate too early boys you should seek the answer to the question Why did Russia and China abstain?. So what deal did the US do with them. Please no nonsense about the power and might of the Us or their allies because they are broke. They did a deal but its not clear what the US had to trade for the abstention from voting.
