Ivan,

Why are you, as an Albanian, using a Slavic name if obviously you hate all that is associated with Slavic people, culture, and history? Do the Albanian government and Kosovo Albanians have to do the same only because Serbia and RS are doing it? Can you people for once not be more creative ? The big difference between RS and "Kosova" is that RS was never an autonomous entity in Yugoslavia, but unlike "Kosova" after the Bosnian civil war ended RS managed to become a well-functioning society that did, does, and will not need handouts or blank checks from foreign sponsors. Without any financial support it would take "Kosova" at least 50 years to accomplish probably less than half what RS accomplished in 15 years. The other difference is that Serbs in both Serbia and RS will be very happy if in the near future there will be a union. Despite the so-called "Albanism" that people in Albania and the majority in "Kosova" share it remains to be seen that both groups actually want a union. We all know that The West will not allow that at any price, which frustrates certain group and which will most likely push them to the brink to resort to violence again, at which point of time the support will be taken away. The best thing that could happen to Serbia's future is to get rid of the large social load of 2 million Albanians by reaching an acceptable compromise. Unfortunately negotiating does not have a prominent place in Albanian society and so the limbo situation will remain for as long as Serbia wants it.
