freedom fighters prevented more crimes and more sufferences for kosovo people.Like it or not.
I will not apologize for serbian officers who had nothing to do in kosovo but only did kill innocent people.
i will apologize for kosovo serbs only,if they were killed while not committing themselves crimes.

"The KLA and its liberation struggle are internationally recognized. Demonization of the KLA fight by EULEX clearly shows the cooperation that this mission has with genocidal Serbia and its associates within Kosovo," said in a statement in the wake of war crimes arrests."

Yeah, sure, "freedom fighters" are except from laws and are allowed to kill and torture, right? And Milosevic, the hero, only tried to defend the integrity of Yugoslavia. A good cause, so ... who cares about the 1000s of people killed?

Ridiculous.

Lets be honest about this, you don't think these and other arrests in the last few weeks are unconnected to Marty and his report?
(bganon, 17 March 2011 16:24)

with all due respect bganon, but these arresrs are in no way connected with Marty.
Marty has not given any shred of evidence or better put "leads" to even start any investigation, since he has none.

KU to put it another way - it takes a Dick Marty to make EULEX start doing its job.

Tung,

That's your story and then there is history. If you read books about the war written by objective authors(non-Serbian and non-Albanian writers), you learn that the KLA was listed by the US State Department as a terrorist organization because it was attacking the Serbian police. It wasn't removed from the terrorist listing until after the war when it was told to disband by the US and NATO. Rugova was a freedom fighter. The KLA was not. I'm not even sure what battles they fought. They were in Albania hiding. They didn't show back up in Kosovo until after the war when they were marching back into Kosovo and down the streets like they were some kind of heros.

FREEDOM

You really don't believe that Serbia couldn't handle the Balkan War now do you?

Afterall, it was you Albanians and Croations that went running to the USA for help!

Yes, you Albos and Croats would rape and kill a Serb and then you would gp and run to the US for help. Serbia was doing just fine on it's own.

In my travels, i have met a couple of Dutch Military Servicemen that were stationed in the Balkans and they told me all about the Bosnian Muslim, Croation and Albanian bravery.

I believe that had there been no foreign intervention in the Balkans, today's Serbia would be a better off place.

General rule for detaining criminals – Albanians walk in the front door and out the back while Serbs are detained and prosecuted just because they are Serbs.

When a Kosovo Albanian shoots and kills two American airmen and wounds two other airmen, the Albanians are quick to point out that the Albanian shooter did this on his own and that the shooters actions don't reflect the Albanian people BUT when eight Albanians are arrested for war crimes committed in Kosovo, the Albanians claim it is an act against all Albanians. Double standards exist in Kosovo. Those who committed war crimes should be arrested, tried, and sent to jail. If the Serbians have to own up for war crimes, so should the Albanians.

FREEDOM

The difference between the Albanians (and UCK) and Serbs (Serbia) is:

Serbia were the agressor

&

Albanians (UCK) were freedom fighters

You (Serbs/Serbia) shouldn't had begin this Balkan war because you couldn't handle it.

You know (KAlbs), you'd be a lot better off if you recognized that some of your people did horrible things. It's just fact. You just accuse Serbs of genocide pretending that all the crimes you committed were justified because some Serbs committed crimes against your people. Guess what, lots of Serbs are in jail for war crimes. Heck even the most important of all the Serbs, Milosevic, died in prison. Serbia has paid dearly for crimes committed by some Serbs. You too must pay for your crimes. Justice has two faces, stop wearing a mask.
