EULEX position on Marty report on agenda

Surprise, surprise, Doris Pack is against Marty's report and the truth. Let's see Doris's credentials:

I think it's pretty obvious who she works for and what side she is on. Whatever Doris the German Serbophobe says, Serbia should do the opposite. Keep up the good work Dick Marty!!

Actually, the MEPs are running out of patience with Dick Marty's allegations with no shred of evidence what so ever.

B92 is trying to keep alive this discussion.

EP was bluntly asking Mr Marty D to give/show some evidence after Mr Marty was almost shouting (crying) to be heard.

No evidence, no case!

Ofcourse EU/UN/EULEX/... are willing to investigate more, eventhough where there is nothing to investigate.

Indeed, the 3rd time when I remember, correctly and no new information. Zero. This development doesn't surprise, not even a bit. In the end, it will turn out as it always was mentioned that this was only a political sharade to improve Serbia position in the coming Kosovo talks. But with no further information and the assurance that this was only a empty witch hunt, it will only backfire to Serbia. Just watch and see.

Are you suggetsingthat Marty's report was written to help Serbia in negotiations? I find it hard to believe that he would write a report, present it, risk his political clout and reputation, just to help Serbia. If nothing happens, it doesn't 'backfire' on Serbia. They didn't write the report.

Doris Pack has more in common with Pakistan when it comes to the rule of law than she does with Europe, which she is supposed to represent.

I am so please that she has exposed herself so publicly that she is incapable of doing her job in an inpartial manner. She could of course just kept her mouth shut but as we all know, this is well known physical impossibility for serbo-phobes.

That she has reached such a position in the EP is a indictment of the unprofessionalizm of that institution (where many MEP's were treating their assistants effectively as slaves - pocketing specific disbursments meant for the assistants, signing in for EP sessions in Strasbourg and then leaving, and of course continuing to vote themselves pay rises). After all, the EP has significant numbers of second rate politicians who cannot make it at home get sent their by their respective parties. No wonder most people in the EU do not take it seriously and are disturbed that the EU's democratic deficit is still not being properly addressed whilst at the same time the EP gains even more power and influence under the Lisbon agreement.

I was reading Blic Serbian language and I saw that some serbs commented that Dick is Albanian propagandist and it will hurt Serbia. Dick is already caught lying saying he has no contact with Serbia and Serbs them self told that gave him boxes of information.

I hope talks bring some results and we close this chapter of Balkan history, North should be solved this year be it Autonomy or split this is all on the agenda as Serbs have been calling for win - win Autonomy should be good but I think even split wont hurt Kosovo. This si about Trepca but since US already is licking its chops to split it with Brits i say it is Autonomy they wont let it go to Russia.

As I said it 100 times this is not about K-Albanians or Serbs as much as who gets what from vultures circling, it does not help serbs that they name Putin honorary member.

I am worried what will happen to Nationalist in both sides once they close Kosovo chapter how will they distract people.

In other words, since Marty won't tell Doris Pack the names of the witnesses (before any witness protection program is set up), this means there's "no evidence". What a crock. Everyone is itching to kill these witnesses so there really won't be any evidence, just like the previous physical evidence sent to the Hague was destroyed.

So everyone, this is what "no evidence" means.
