I'm sure the five EU countries will hold up any chance that Kosovo, and possibly Albania, has on closer negotiations with the EU due to a lack of cooperation like the Dutch hold up Serbia's EU candidate's status because of Mladic. Kosovo can deny that the KLA was involved in war crimes or organ harvesting, but until they cooperate and turn over those who were involved, there will be no progress for Kosovo.

How much Slavic Slovak brothers can do on this matter is negligable. Russia can. But it'ss thanks to EU states like brotherly Slavic Slovakia (plus other anti-UDI states) that KiM will NEVER gain EU membership without re-integrating with Belgrade.

Call the report anything you want, but your statement goes to show that you can't be open and cooperate with an investigation. Yes, the burden rests with the prosecution, but innocent parties have nothing to hide. Kosovo and Albania have refused for years to cooperate with the international community, even after Del Ponte made the first allegations. Albania refused to let investigators in to examine the Yellow House. In the US when you are pulled over for a breathalizer test, you can blow to prove your innocence or you can refuse, afterwhich they take your blood by court order. In this situation, it looks like Kosovo and Albania are opting for the blood test (no pun intended).
