I cant stop laughing whenever I think of "Dick". Dicky is just trying to buy time so the Serbs can be in a better negotiating position for whatever negotiations await them. Having this question of organ harvesting doesnt help the Kosovars, but it doesnt necessarily hurt them. Good old Dick is just trying to create some turbulence in the air. Once's this all clears and his "evidence" comes up short, Dick is sure to be blacklisted and made completely irrelevent in any institution in this world.

Let's take a wild guess here. Germany and Austria were the ones fiercely attacking Marty and supporting their organ snatching friends and old allies. Greece, Slovakia and Cyprus were fiercely defending Marty and Serbia.
Nothing really changes, the Germans still love their old allies - Croats, Bosnian Muslims, and albanians.
I hope that the real face of Serbia's traditional allies, France and the UK, shows up at some point. Up to know it has been hijacked by corrupt liars and scoundrels like Bliar and Kouchner.

You keep taking about so called witnessess and providing protection, but at the same time there are no witnessess in Kosova. When Dick Marty conducted supposedly his inqury, he never came to Kosova. He claims those people to be his private witnessess. Therefore, I don't think he will have a problem providing them with protection in Serbia,Russia and even Switzerland, since none are in Kosova.

But then again, what witnessess? Suprise their organs were not extracted, but they managed to stay alive and tell the horror story.

EP asked for Evidence and Mr Marty D couldn't provide any.

Mr Marty came only with a theory and his opinion.

Exactly. The idea of "stability instead of justice" should be buried now. I think Kosovo is stable enough now, so there would be no major violence if Thaci and/or some criminal buddies in the government would be arrested by EULEX.

Marty knows the kind of people he is dealing with. Why would he provide evidence to collaborators of the criminals in Kosovo? He is trying to make arrangements so that a somewhat more honest court can review the evidence, not a fraudulent court that is only there to make a lie about history in their favour.

The albanians and their collaborators keep on trying to force Marty to provide evidence to them. For what, so you can destroy the remaining evidence that you didn't find the last time you destroyed evidence?

Have you ever heard of cold case, where people investigate crimes that happened decades ago? The court systems of most countries manage to keep decades old evidence, and they typically will finish a court case in a reasonable amount of time; but the fraudulent hague court who keeps Seselj for 8 years trying to charge him, thinks they should destroy evidence after a couple of years. They were hiding their guiltiness then, and we can expect the same now.

I guess this situation is not strange for the albanians in Kosovo, their courts and government are full of criminals who cannot be depended on to deal with any kind of fairness or honesty. This may be the way it is in Kosovo, but it is not the way a government or court system is supposed to be. Criminals should never be allowed to run a court, especially when they are participants in the crimes that the court is supposed to be looking at.

Sounds very similar to the things and reaction that happened when Marty presented his report about illegal prisoner transports and secret CIA prison camps in eastern European countries. We know how that story ended, right?

Its pretty simple KU the Hague did not conduct an adequate investigation. Del Ponte herself has spoken of the pressure NATO countries placed upon her to not bring charges against them and by extension their allies.

Besides, explain to me how the Hague can bring charges of organised crime against certain leaders of political parties in Kosovo.

And I didn't say regardless of truth or not truth. Hardly, I say that proper investigations should be made. I say that the US primarily should have been seeking alternative Kos Albanian leaders (within existing parties if necessary) and encouraging Kos Albanian authorities to charge those connected to organised crime or getting those leaders to step down. Don't tell me it isn't within the power of the US to do this. And don't tell me that this wouldn't benefit Kosovo society as a whole.

An independent investigation is good enough. A new US / EU policy on Kosovo is good enough. Marty is pushing that forward, if you are too myopic to see that Marty can actually benefit the society you are living in I can't help.

And if you expect Marty to produce this evidence that some Kos Albanians are screaming about you might want to think a little. His job is not to produce evidence for Kos Albanian consumption, or for those witness intimidators to get their hands on those who have given evidence. His job is to provide initial evidence for a new investigation, under strict confidence. Whether EULEX is capable of that investigation (they have no jurisdiction in Albania as you know) and whether information would leak from EULEX is something that Marty will not let go of that easily.

I do not understand this. How can one say regardless truth or not truth? This is what we are looking for here isn't it? Truth. Cannot shove it under the carpet with a "regardless". Didn't the Hague investigate on it? Didn't UNMIK investigate on it?Isn't EULEX asking Marty to provide help to get to the truth he claims he has smelled? How can this be called "ignored by certain western countries"? Also, why certain western countries? EULEX is a body of the EU. UNMIK and the Hague are bodies of the UN. Why is the explanation of facts so often linked with certain western countries in Serbia? Ok, you don't like EULEX. Then take the evidence to the Hague. What is so hard about it? Bottom line is if what Marty claims really happened, if he really has evidence presentable in a court, he is obstructing the work of justice right now. I do know that there was a witness protection program in place with EULEX when I was in Kosovo, assume it is in place. But the development of a new program would never become public knowledge it would be a secret operation. So how do you know one is not in place and Marty is still stonewalling because he has no witnesses?
An effective witness program would not even be divulged to Marty. Why? Who wins in the public eye if his so called witnesses are named and murdered? He could probably have a bestseller in stores 2days later.
I too think the clock is ticking on Marty. The allegations generated a huge reaction due to its horrificness. But it is time to come with some type of evidence and most people outside of Serbia are realizing he has none.
This is verified by the none Serbian media reports of the meeting.

Hashim Thaci is a PM of Kosova, Agim Ceku Legendary General of UCK is very honored man and in Parlament of Kosova. Hashim Thaci very nobel man went with his will in Hague where once he was sentencet inocent and now he still in court. It will be this court to decide is him inocent or not, not you.

Marty knows the kind of people he is dealing with. Why would he provide evidence to collaborators of the criminals in Kosovo? He is trying to make arrangements so that a somewhat more honest court can review the evidence, not a fraudulent court that is only there to make a lie about history in their favour.

The albanians and their collaborators keep on trying to force Marty to provide evidence to them. For what, so you can destroy the remaining evidence that you didn't find the last time you destroyed evidence?

Have you ever heard of cold case, where people investigate crimes that happened decades ago? The court systems of most countries manage to keep decades old evidence, and they typically will finish a court case in a reasonable amount of time; but the fraudulent hague court who keeps Seselj for 8 years trying to charge him, thinks they should destroy evidence after a couple of years. They were hiding their guiltiness then, and we can expect the same now.

I guess this situation is not strange for the albanians in Kosovo, their courts and government are full of criminals who cannot be depended on to deal with any kind of fairness or honesty. This may be the way it is in Kosovo, but it is not the way a government or court system is supposed to be. Criminals should never be allowed to run a court, especially when they are participants in the crimes that the court is supposed to be looking at.

Its pretty simple KU the Hague did not conduct an adequate investigation. Del Ponte herself has spoken of the pressure NATO countries placed upon her to not bring charges against them and by extension their allies.

Besides, explain to me how the Hague can bring charges of organised crime against certain leaders of political parties in Kosovo.

And I didn't say regardless of truth or not truth. Hardly, I say that proper investigations should be made. I say that the US primarily should have been seeking alternative Kos Albanian leaders (within existing parties if necessary) and encouraging Kos Albanian authorities to charge those connected to organised crime or getting those leaders to step down. Don't tell me it isn't within the power of the US to do this. And don't tell me that this wouldn't benefit Kosovo society as a whole.

An independent investigation is good enough. A new US / EU policy on Kosovo is good enough. Marty is pushing that forward, if you are too myopic to see that Marty can actually benefit the society you are living in I can't help.

And if you expect Marty to produce this evidence that some Kos Albanians are screaming about you might want to think a little. His job is not to produce evidence for Kos Albanian consumption, or for those witness intimidators to get their hands on those who have given evidence. His job is to provide initial evidence for a new investigation, under strict confidence. Whether EULEX is capable of that investigation (they have no jurisdiction in Albania as you know) and whether information would leak from EULEX is something that Marty will not let go of that easily.

I am very glad that this event was so contentious, those MEPs who so openly attacked Marty now have their names forever registered as the deep, serbophobic hypocrites they have always been.

I do know that there was a witness protection program in place with EULEX when I was in Kosovo, assume it is in place. But the development of a new program would never become public knowledge it would be a secret operation. So how do you know one is not in place and Marty is still stonewalling because he has no witnesses?
An effective witness program would not even be divulged to Marty. Why? Who wins in the public eye if his so called witnesses are named and murdered? He could probably have a bestseller in stores 2days later.
I too think the clock is ticking on Marty. The allegations generated a huge reaction due to its horrificness. But it is time to come with some type of evidence and most people outside of Serbia are realizing he has none.
This is verified by the none Serbian media reports of the meeting.

I do not understand this. How can one say regardless truth or not truth? This is what we are looking for here isn't it? Truth. Cannot shove it under the carpet with a "regardless". Didn't the Hague investigate on it? Didn't UNMIK investigate on it?Isn't EULEX asking Marty to provide help to get to the truth he claims he has smelled? How can this be called "ignored by certain western countries"? Also, why certain western countries? EULEX is a body of the EU. UNMIK and the Hague are bodies of the UN. Why is the explanation of facts so often linked with certain western countries in Serbia? Ok, you don't like EULEX. Then take the evidence to the Hague. What is so hard about it? Bottom line is if what Marty claims really happened, if he really has evidence presentable in a court, he is obstructing the work of justice right now. If he has no evidence, where does that leave his report? Hearsay? What is the integrity of the European institutions if they allow anyone of their members to just shoot some unfounded allegations and then ask others to go chase ghosts without even helping? Is it really how the EU works?
When the report came out, I really thought maybe there were people who did these terrible things among the KLA. And I wanted those kind of people out of Kosovo, to rot in jail. But now it is looking more and more like a bad joke. It is starting to look more and more like noise. It is not nice to the families of the disappeared in the first place. Do you not see how damaging this might be?

2. Albania didnt't fought on allied side in ww2. There was no such thing like "Albania" because failed state of King Zog capitulated before Mussolini without one shot. Albanians fought on Hitler's and Mussolini's side in SS-Division Skanderbeg, Balli Komberat forces etc.
