A Serb man from the village of Pasjane near Gnjilane in Kosovo has been released from prison.

I forgot the obvious point, is the person/s who made this false accusation going to be arrested and charged or fined for making false and malicious statements that could have lead to an innocent man being imprisoned?

Well I was one who believed it was a good chance of him being falsely accused and that he was a convenient scapegoat from the start.
No one saw who shot the boy as he was leaving the woods. A wooded area has many, many places for a shooter (or shooters) to lurk and what would be the motive for this Serb to shoot that Albanian boy in the first place? He, like most Serbs still living there, want to just live and keep out of trouble.
It's even possible a hunter shot the boy by accident? But then you have to consider if anyone was feuding with the boy or his family. Perhaps even they chopped or collected wood from someone else's property and that's why he was shot.
My guess is they discovered that the bullets didn't come from the arrested Serb's gun.
If it were troublemakers/criminals who shot the boy it would probably be from an automatic.

No! Probably Agim simply meant that he, being an Albanian, would have injured himself and then blamed to police of having mistreated him ;-)

I the latest rumor was, that it was Hashim Thaci who did it, because he wanted it to be blamed on serbs. But lets wait for the facts on that one, no need to jump the gun yet and spread any rumors about Hashim Thacis guilt...

Who cares who did the shooting, it's the result that counts. The fact is that crime in Kosovo has now been slightly reduced, and that can only be a good thing.

Do you think the world really believes, we have scientific FACTS and we are just waiting for the right time to release everything.

It sounds like he is supose to be mistreated. What a farce, only Serbs mistreated Albanians when they were occupying Kosova, but thank god those days are over and Serbia will never be able to walk Kosova land. Perhaps a salutary lesson for those who were already condemning this guy yesterday, not to mention the idiot who wanted to use the incident as an excuse to start another pogrom.
