And France's Foreign Minister Alain Juppe should stop being such a soap dodger. His country didn't even wash when they stood by and let the algerian military start a civil war in Algeria when the FIS won the first democratic elections.

This behavior also ties in quite closely with Afghanistan, as it was an algerian terrorist posing as a journalist that blew up the leader of the Northern Alliance, one of few people who unified afghanis of all backgrounds against the Taliban.

Then again, the French still ignore their collaboration with the Nazis, the war crime they committed in the Algerian war of independence and unspeakable atrocities in the far east, i.e. Indo-china. Or, to the present day, covering up for their kosovo albanian war criminals.

But they are 'in the EU club' so rules that apply for others have never been applied for them.

Serbia should reform for its own sake and its citizens, not for the vacuous perfumed princes of western europe and their long winded superior attitudes that they think play well to domestic audiences. The EU should reform itself for real before Serbia decides it wants to join.

I agree, but the neighbors also need to work on doing the same with Serbia. Including working fully with the Hague.
