Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukčević says he supports Carla Del Ponte's initiative to help the investigation into human organ trafficking in Kosovo.
What support? So far you have her begging for the job and the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor supporting her, after admonishing her for destroying the so called evidence.
The only probable way for her to investigate is to rejoin the Hague and I think she has burned that bridge.
The way I see it there are 3 options that may change the course of an investigation.
1.Expansion of EUlex authority to cover investigations into Albania and Serbia.
2.Renew the Hague mandate who already has authority but cannot open any new investigations, however, that would give them free reign to open new investigations in Serbia also. (Do you want this).
3. The establishment of another pseudo Hague which would cover only these few possible cases. Very doubtful that will happen, because it is an enormous expense to undertake for a small number of crimes when other organizations are in place.
And, I am sure you are the one that fed her with a lot of B.S.

Arti, she couldn't speak a long time because she was not allowed too and moreover her position as a Swiss Ambassador in Argentina she was bound to shut up.
Sometimes in March, she will retire and will have all the time to back up Mr Marty !
She gave an interview a few days ago confirming that she will be now free to speak out.

Unlike EULEX, Del Ponte is a proven Neutral; has much experience in the region, and knows her stuff, thats why she has support.

This affair really has rattled them more than anybody's realised. Team Albania ("our religion is Albanianism") is now resorting to invoking Christian values (thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's kidney) and the threat of libel action. Action on behalf of whom, the Alb race or the famously controvery-free Hashim Thaci? And where, in a Kosovan court? Do you even have a libel law?
The look like the last desperate splutterings when all other argument has failed.
Is this a joke? This woman should e behind bars for spreading lies and propaganda, not directing an investigation.
Why this issue surfaced only after she left office. If she was hindered in her work why she did not raise the voice while she was a prosecutor general, it would have been much more effective that the issue comming up 5 years later in a memoir. Baryabar himself wrote in the report of investigating the yellow house, that they had free access and full cooperation from the family. Carla herself ordered the evidence distroyed because it wasn't worthy. So?
So, now Serbia after fabricating lies out of thin air, paying for witnesses (some of whom were caught by KP on video), wants to appoint its own proxy at the head of the investigation? Not even Stalin could outdo this!
