I think you do not possess all the facts. Carla's investigation into the "yellow house" was in 2002,2003 she was not "thrown out" until 2008. And then she voluntarily resigned inorder to return to a normal life.
Her thoughts on the "yellow house" were not revealed to the public until publication of her book in 2008.
She had her chance then to do any invesitgation, she made her allegations without any proof, and already published a book and more than likely sees dollar signs in the ability to write another one.
Here ar emy random thoughts on this:

2) Many Governments knew about it
3) The US wanted a loyal ally in that part of Europe so they forced Kosovo's freedom despite the UN resolution
4) The US and EU did not and does not like Kosovo's government.
5) The US and EU are now looking at an opportunity to change the people in the governemnt but are making sure that they get th eright people in there so that Kosovo can remain fundamentally, but not legally independent.

I have my theory which is relatively simple and has more to do with pure technical stuff than anything political. This is why I am not complaining about this and that or about "Stormfront" thing. Ben, you simply obmit to state that at many occasions she complained to be hindered in investigating throughly and after the latest leak in the press of some UN documents we all understand (or should) understand the reason as to why she was hindered !

There are many different reasons somewhat is filtered out or not. Pay attention that Ben's comments are totally harmless compared with certain "Stormfront-88" comments we did see lately. I have my theory which is relatively simple and has more to do with pure technical stuff than anything political. This is why I am not complaining about this and that or about "Stormfront" thing. This is how it is and yes, it can be frustrating if you take it seriously.
BTW: if anyone takes all what is written here seriously - that would be a sad day.

I thought of the folks of kosovo to be honest and open but when it comes to having mut brought up then a person is thrown out from the good because of it. Why are people making so much noise against the investigation? Maybe they have something to hide? Once this investigation is over then cry about it.
I have never seen people like Ben or Agim, ever utter one word against the Albanians in Pristina. Can one group, Thaci and company, be so pure and just, that only positive comments about them are accepted, but anything negative totally rejected. Are they saints, or humans? The fact is that the Serbs are under illusion that certain people are guilty even when they have been found innocent by multiple courts in multiple countries.
To the person who said that not once have they heard of Kosovars blaming or questioning their leaders----we do question them. In fact I've thought about the issue more than once, and it's clear in my mind, if there is evidence, or if allegations are true I hope Thaci and whoever rots in hell.
When was the last time I read a Serb denounce Srebenica, Racak, Prekaz, Drenica, etc? NEVER!!! Serbs say it was all a lie...all of it.

I think you do not possess all the facts. Carla's investigation into the "yellow house" was in 2002,2003 she was not "thrown out" until 2008. And then she voluntarily resigned inorder to return to a normal life.
Her thoughts on the "yellow house" were not revealed to the public until publication of her book in 2008.
She had her chance then to do any invesitgation, she made her allegations without any proof, and already published a book and more than likely sees dollar signs in the ability to write another one.

Due to the fact she has already profited from her work as an investigator for the ICTY (namely her published book) chances of her being named as an investigator for any legitimate investigation is nil.
From all indications the international community will leave this investigation in the hands of EULEX. It should however extend the mandate of the ICTY as the international source to reinvestigate this matter, as they still have unfinished business in other areas, and they have the most information related to crimes in the former Yugoslavia. Their mandate should include resolution of the missing persons unaccounted for from the Kosovo war of which Marty does highlight as the majority of being ethnic Albanians.
This mandate should include the ability to investigate any suspected mass graves located in Albania, Kosovo, and Serbia, without resistance from the presiding authorities.

Ben, you simply obmit to state that at many occasions she complained to be hindered in investigating throughly and after the latest leak in the press of some UN documents we all understand (or should) understand the reason as to why she was hindered !
The very fact that she is willing to start over again only proves that the situation has now changed (thanks to Mr Marty) and no one can hide anymore some very important facts that came to light recently.
On the other hand the COE, the EP, the UN all have all now requested an investigation to be reopened, guess why ?
Yes, their might not be at this moment enough evidences to send these criminals for the rest of their life in jail, eventhough a lot of reports from various secret services do exist and were hidden for the sake of stability...

1) The Organ Harvesting is true
2) Many Governments knew about it
3) The US wanted a loyal ally in that part of Europe so they forced Kosovo's freedom despite the UN resolution
4) The US and EU did not and does not like Kosovo's government.
5) The US and EU are now looking at an opportunity to change the people in the governemnt but are making sure that they get th eright people in there so that Kosovo can remain fundamentally, but not legally independent.
6) The Organ HArvesting will be a tool used to do that
